  • Respond to your project inquiry
  • Deliver and manage visualization services you have requested
  • Send project-related updates and deliverables

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your data under the following lawful bases:

  • Contractual necessity — to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract and to fulfil any agreed services
  • Legitimate interests — to respond to inquiries and operate our business, where those interests are not overridden by your rights

5. Third-party processors

We use the following trusted services to operate our business. Each acts as a data processor under our instruction:

Website hosting and deployment. Anonymous usage analytics and Core Web Vitals via Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights.

Transactional email delivery. Your name, email address, and project details are transmitted to Resend to deliver our email responses.

No data is transferred to countries outside the UK/EEA without appropriate safeguards (Vercel and Resend maintain Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers).

6. Data retention

We retain your contact details and project information for up to 2 years from your last interaction with us, unless a longer retention period is required to fulfil an active contract or comply with legal obligations. After this period, your data is permanently deleted.

7. Analytics and cookies

This website uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. These tools collect anonymous, aggregated data about page visits and performance. No cookies are set, no personal identifiers are stored, and no cross-site tracking occurs.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Rectification: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal retention obligations.

Restriction: Ask us to limit how we process your data in certain circumstances.

Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests.

CCPA — California residents: You have the right to know what personal data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal data. We do not sell personal data.

Our services are not directed to individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
